Chief Executive Officer & Co-Founder
Dan is Chief Executive Officer and co-founder at CloudSmartz and brings over 25 years of telecom executive leadership focused on helping Communications Service Providers (CSPs) transform their business to become digital-first service providers.
As an award-winning CIO at Global Crossing, Dan is a proven results-oriented Management Executive with experience building high-performance businesses that drive significant enterprise value. His three previous GM assignments were with leading telecommunications firms with increasing scale approaching $1B, resulting in industry-leading revenue growth rates, and dramatic profit improvement. This has allowed him to produce a strong mix of local, regional, national, and global market experience to bring to his CSP customers. Dan is equally strong at integrating, focusing and transforming technology businesses to unleash their inherent value.
Chief Technology Officer & Co-Founder
Manjeet is Chief Technology Officer and co-founder at CloudSmartz who has ownership of the software solutions and global engineering teams to drive daily success for our customers.
Since 2012, Manjeet has focused and grown his teams around the many facets of telecom digital customer experience – combining end-to-end functionality with existing OSS/BSS infrastructure combined with next-generation solutions. His teams produce revenue-generating products for some of the largest telecommunications providers around the world who have in turn deployed the industry’s first network on-demand platform with a digital customer interface.
Prior to CloudSmartz, Manjeet spent the better part of 10 years building a global software services company with over 1000 employees and a portfolio of successfully delivering 2000+ IT projects working with small companies to Fortune 500 clients.
Chief Marketing Officer
Matthew is Chief Marketing Officer and heads the marketing and sales teams, focused on all activities related to global sales and market development, market research and planning, strategic direction for branding, digital content creation, product insight, and analyst relations.
His team bridges the gap to collaborate with Sales and Business Development teams and Sales Engineering to provide the best solution possible for our telecommunications customers.
Over the course of his career, Matthew has driven significant marketing and sales initiatives while holding several roles with Global Crossing, Level 3 Communications and Earthlink – including an Advisor at an agile start-up software company since 2006.
Chief Financial Officer
Mark Manioci is Chief Financial Officer focused on the financial vision, global strategy and leadership at CloudSmartz.
With 25 years of telecom executive leadership, Mark brings financial management, product development, strategy and transaction experience, with an emphasis in telecommunications and technology markets.
Prior to CloudSmartz, he was Sr. Director of Global Product Management for Core Network Services at Level 3 Communications as well as Global Crossing and lead teams with responsibilities that included business development, product roadmap, pricing and promotions, and overall portfolio management.
