Technical Project Manager (Java)

Experience: 10+ Years

Must Have

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in all facets of the web application development life cycle, from requirement analysis, architecture, design, code, UAT and post-implementation revisions.
• Worked on Tools like Java, JSP, Servlets, spring,Struts 1.2, Struts2, Hibernate, Web Services, Javascript, AJAX, JQuery, JST
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong leadership skills and ability to self-manage
• Ability to prioritize and meet strict deadlines.
• Understanding of web development phases

Good to Have

• Extensively worked in the area of Product Development and complex technical projects.
• Customer facing, gathering specifications and communicating effectively to the development team
• Manage, interface and define responsibilities
